Digitalization doesn’t end at the public service’s recruitment process.
Once you’re on board, you can use the MyRH employee self-service portal to access all kinds of information and services related to human resources management. Via MyRH you can, for example, consult and download your remuneration sheets or training account statement or apply for a family allowance or pension estimate. It’s that simple.
The shift from “Digital Luxembourg” to “Innovative Initiatives” gives us the flexibility to evolve with Luxembourg’s changing needs. It reflects a shift in priorities too. Under its new name, Innovative Initiatives communicates on & drives projects in the areas of (1) digital skills, (2) data policy, (3) connectivity & (4) new technology—areas in which the Department of Media, Connectivity & Digital Policy has unique expertise.
“Digital” has become synonymous with modern society. Our name change trades “Digital” for “Innovative” in order to emphasize the root of what makes digitalization relevant: its potential for positive transformation.
